You do agree to my delivery terms by checking the checkbox and paying for the order and your agreement is Logged time and dated in our system.
You Agree to Knowing All Items are sent from Cambodia as you are aware and to ensure that you are aware all Items are sent from Cambodia.

All orders are subject to product availability.
If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.

The items offered on my website are available for delivery to addresses Worldwide .Only AUbox is available to Australian Delivery Addresses
3. Delivery Time
An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order.
Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.
Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within 3 business days of the date of your order.
Business day means Monday to Saturday, except holidays.
3. Delivery Methods
Global Rush if is used you will receive the consignment expected date in your email. This can be from 1 day to 4 days depending on your location.
EXPRESS SHIPPING . Our Shops default cart shipping.
Australia 3-21 days depending on where you are.
USA 10-25 Days depending on where you are.
The rest of the world 10-45 Days depending on where you are.
Times do not include Custom Clearance times.
AUbox is a Budget freight that uses backload to Australia and is only for Australian Buyers up to 45 Day delivery read section 8
Shipping cost free or included.air freight to the country of delivery and most times it will enter your country’s postal system unless you live very close to the entry port a courier maybe used but 99% will be delivered by that country’s post.

To Australia we do not consider anything under 21 days a non-delivery excluding Customs time .
To USA 35 Days excluding customs time
Rest of world 60 days excluding Customs times
You agree that on accepting the terms and delivery at checkout you accept under these times
if a case is filed with PayPal for non-delivery. There is no basis to the PayPal Claim if under these time and agree to it being resolved in our favor .
The date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.
You agree I have no control over customs and clearance times and as such are not counted as delivery time E.g., 5 days in customs is not counted.

5. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and the delivery method.
To find out how much your order will cost, simply add the items you would like to purchase to your cart and proceed to the checkout page. View checkout, shipping charges will be displayed.
You may adjust at checkout shipping methods. Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas or for large or heavy items. You will be advised of any charges on the checkout page.
6. Failed Delivery
If a delivery does not occur, we must be notified within 45 days of order.
All orders are insured if we are notified within 90days of non-delivery, after 90 days with no notification of a missing delivery we will not recognize any claim for replacement of loss or refund.
You agree you must notify us by email or twitter to drewinseasia@gmail.com or Twitter @drewinseasia within the prescribed time to proceed with a lost in transit claim. You agree that delivery in some cases may take up to 80 days
You agree we are not responsible for custom delays. A non-delivery claim is subject to the carrier approving the claim for a loss in transit their decision is final.
You agree Custom seizing an item from your parcel is delivery to yourself and a refund is not possible unless the item is returned to us which may take 180 Days
7. Damaged Items in Transport

AUbox is a Budget freight that uses backload to Australia and is only for Australian Buyers, it is guaranteed to be delivered in 45days excluding Customs time.
Two and sometimes 3 Couriers are involved the first to Australia and after custom clearance another is used
We use a real time tracking system of our parcels with a SMS Text sent to your phone number for every stage of delivery from receiving your order to its delivery.
If you use a PO Box address, it is sent by Parcel post.
You also agree any PayPal hold of a payment on a AUbox shipment will incur a $180 upgrade shipping Charge to make it a 7-day express shipment to conform with PayPal hold payment policy where they are seeking delivery conformation within the normal 21 days This unfortunately is not our doing but PayPal’s as all Customers know it will take up to 45 days due to the backload status and the reduced rate of shipping cost
If this occurs we will contact you with solutions, we will also happily refund the payment and cancel the order
You agree any case filed for non-delivery on a Ausbox delivery to PayPal under 45 days will result in an immediate consignors hold on the shipment if filed under 45days till either the case is withdrawn or a payment of a $180 upgrade shipping Charge to make it a 7 day express shipment and will be held till this outstanding amount is paid preventing delivery you agree to this by accepting our terms at checkout
You further agree that on accepting the terms and delivery at checkout you accept under these times and if a case is filed with PayPal for non-delivery
(a) there is no basis to the PayPal Claim supporting non-Delivery and agree to it being resolved in our favor. If under 45 days . You also agree if you commence a Credit Card Chargeback for non-delivery under 45days, they are treated as a breach of contract and a small claims action will immediately commence without notice. 9. Medication Delivery
All medications we supply are Pharmacy dispensed We do not require a script under Cambodian Law Some may require a script for entry under customs we will contact you if that is required Our role in supply is one of a agent to yourself to assist with your import to your country Australian Imports fall under the TGA Personal Import Scheme information can be obtained here

11. PAYPAL Payment/claim or dispute
You agree to contact us before filing a claim or dispute
You agree that Filing a claim allows me to place a consigners hold on your shipment (it becomes frozen where it is in the supply chain preventing further delivery also so I can locate it ) till the claim or dispute is settled as PayPal places a hold on the amount paid till it is and makes the shipment unpaid for.
Note PayPal will decide a case in our favor if we provide proof of Item and sending or delivery PayPal not only protects buyer but seller also.

Failure will result in a frozen shipment by filling such in hope of getting a quicker delivery time does not work as you also purchase the delivery method from me at a price for the speed of the shipment and the result is a frozen shipment perhaps ask to see if i can speed it up first!
I have the ability to know where your parcel is within 24-48hrs all shipments are transit insured
all shipments have shipping movement advice sent to every buyer both by SMS and email
You actually know where your shipment was last this assists me in tracing it if there is a delay
It is very important to contact me if you think your shipment is sitting somewhere delayed so I can check

11. Undelivered shipment REFUND
ALL SHIPMENTS ARE TRANSIT INSURED
You agree if a shipment is declared a loss while in transit, I retain the right to resend before refunding
My Insurance covers a VIP express shipment 7-10day delivery no matter how the first shipment was sent and covers replacement cost of the shipment There is no cost to you
if the replacement shipment is not received we refund in full
If you have requested a refund on PayPal without allowing me to do a transit claim I do not refund shipping costs
